1. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Franki & Remi is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Franki & Remi will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20 % administration fee.
2. If anything is delivered damaged then these should be sent back to 192 Main Road, Diep River, Cape Town within 7 days and once reviewed and if damage is seen to have been caused before dispatch when the client will receive a full refund.
3. Returns for any other reason must happen within 7 days of delivery (at customer’s cost) and customer will receive credit for the same value - valid for 6 months.
4. There are no refunds or returns for custom made garments.
